  • On Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe, directly opposite the Grossglockner, the Wilhelm Swarovski observation tower offers unique views of the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The impressive glass architecture of the observation tower coupled with the striking view of the Grossglockner massif and the Pasterze glacier let you capture special moments on a photograph. You can also get shots of marmots and ibex, which have their home near to the observation tower.

    From the municipality of Heiligenblut (Carinthia) or the municipality of Fusch (Salzburg) via the high Alpine road Großglockner Hochalpenstraße to Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe (toll road).
